Welcome to Vintage Adventures! Our goal is to create a fun, comfortable, and safe experience as we explore some of North Georgia’s best antique shops, thrift stores, and hidden gems. Please review the following terms and acknowledgments before participating in your scheduled tour.
- Parent or Guardian Consent (for Minors)– As the parent or legal guardian of the minor passenger named in this booking, I give full consent for their participation in the scheduled Vintage Adventures tour. I understand that the tour involves travel by vehicle and visits to various store locations. While the activities are not physically demanding, I acknowledge that normal travel-related risks may exist. I accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety, supervision, and conduct throughout the tour and agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Vintage Adventures LLC
- Ticket Terms & Conditions – All ticket purchases are refundable with at least 7 days’ advance notice prior to the scheduled tour date. For changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of your tour, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your tour are non-refundable. Passengers must arrive at the designated departure location no later than 9:00 AM for check-in and boarding. The tour will depart promptly at 9:15 AM. Late arrivals will forfeit their reservation without refund.Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Vintage Adventures. Vintage Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety, or operational concerns. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or credit toward a future tour.
- Safety Rules Acknowledgment – Passengers agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Vintage Adventures staff and to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Consumption of alcohol, use of tobacco/e-cigs or controlled substances during the tour is prohibited. Vintage Adventures reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger whose behavior may endanger themselves, others, or the overall experience. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and any items purchased during the tour.
- Emergency Contact & Medical Information– To ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers, Vintage Adventures will request an emergency contact at the time of check-in. In the unlikely event of a medical or safety emergency, Vintage Adventures staff are authorized to contact emergency services and the designated contact as needed. Our tours are designed to be comfortable and accessible, involving light activity such as vehicle travel and visits to store locations. Passengers are encouraged to advise staff at check-in of any food allergies, mobility concerns, or special needs so that appropriate accommodations may be made whenever possible. Any information provided will remain confidential and used solely to support the safety and comfort of all participants.
- Photo/Video Release – Vintage Adventures may capture photos or video recordings during tours for marketing, social media, and other promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, passengers grant Vintage Adventures permission to use images or recordings that may include them (or the minor they are signing for) without compensation or prior notice. Passengers who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should notify a member of the Vintage Adventures staff prior to the start of the tour.
- Text/Email Consent – By providing a phone number and/or email address, passengers consent to receive booking confirmations, tour updates, and occasional promotional messages from Vintage Adventures. Standard message and data rates may apply. Passengers may opt out of text communications at any time by replying “STOP” or unsubscribe from emails using the provided link.
